I used packet savoury rice (Asda CHicken Paella flavour) finely diced red onion, garlic, red and green peppers and chorizo. MIxed it all together once the rice was cooked and stuffed the peppers. A good idea I found was trim off the bottom of the peppers to make it stand up then re-insert the bit you cut out back inside the bottom of the empty pepper to stop any filling falling out. Only bit of advice I have is I should have put the tops of the peppers back on to stop the rice cooking dry. Cooked 20-25 minutes and turned to avoid burning. VERDICT: Blooming lovely!!
