Latest Recipes•450g (16 ounces) of mixed red fruits (cranberries, raspberries, blackberries, red currants)
•Half a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
•75g (3 ounces) of brown sugar
•200mls of apple juice
•100g (3 ounces) of marshmallows
•Place all the red fruit into the Actifry and add the oil
•Cook for 5 minutes.
•Add half of the apple juice and the sugar and continue to cook for a further 5 minutes.
•Stir in the marshmallows to the fruit and cook for a couple of minutes.
•Ideally the marshmallows need to be only slightly melted.
•If you want a runnier consistency add more of the remaining apple juice, otherwise leave as it is.
•Pour into separate serving bowls and chill for a couple of hours.
•Decorate with a glace cherry or sprig of mint.
•If you want to add something a little different try adding a drop of cherry brandy, a cinnamon stick or vanilla pod.
