1/2 T oil
1 celery rib
1 carrot
1/2 white onion
1 C cabbage
Sauce:
1 C chicken broth
1 T corn starch
1/2 T soy sauce
1/2 T sugar
1/4 tsp minced ginger
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 green onion for garnish
Chow Mein noodles
Thinly slice celery, carrot, onion, cabbage on the diagonal and set aside. Slice chicken breast in small slices across grain. Combine sauce ingredients in measuring cup.
Heat oil in Actifry for 1 minute. Add chicken breast and cook for 8 minutes. Add vegetables and continue cooking for 3-4 additional minutes. In the meantime, put sauce ingredients in small sauce pan and bring to boil and cook until thickened.
Put chicken and vegetables in a bowl, add desired amount of sauce, and garnish with green onion and noodles.
Use any vegetables you have on hand or wish to include in the recipe.

Although this recipe was posted 2 years ago, I still use it all the time. I did not realize that some readers may not be located in the US. C means cup and T means tablespoon. tsp: teaspoon.
