CHICKEN THIGHS WITH LEMON AND CHILI GARLIC OIL: Submitted by: Rachel Bilodeau | Date Added: 26 Mar 2019

A few chicken thighs, bone out, cut up in pieces like one square inch or a little larger - cut off the white fat parts before

- One lemon squeezed (just drizzle over the chicken)
- Some Chili garlic oil (just drizzle over the chicken)
- Add about one TBSP "The Keg" Chicken and Ribs spice mix

Cooking Instructions

Pat dry the chicken pieces with scott towel
Then just put everything in a ziploc bag and let marinate for about 30-45 minutes

Remove from ziploc bag and pour everything in actifry, bottom part, with paddle in and let it go for about 30 minutes

Take it out and drain so the fat and oil gets removed

Eat with garlic sauce if you wish - the lemony chicken and garlic sauce are so happy together
