500g Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2cm pieces
100g Tikka Masala curry paste
300g Natural low fat yoghurt
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 Large onion, finely chopped
390g Can of premium chopped tomatoes
150ml Water
½ Teaspoon sugar
2 Teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 Bunch coriander leaves, chopped

Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl mix the chicken, curry paste and yoghurt. Cover and leave in the fridge to marinade over night or for at least 2 hours.
Heat the oil in your ActiFry for 2 minutes, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the tomatoes and water and cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the yoghurt, sugar and lemon juice. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve with boiled rice, sprinkled with the coriander.
