6 or 7 Chicken Wings
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Paprika
1/8 Teaspoon Allspice
1/8 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Safflower Oil

1/2 Large Yam
1 Tablespoon Safflower oil

Cooking Instructions

Cut Wings into 2 pieces and throw the tip away
Add dry ingredients into large plastic freezer bag and shake up to mix
Add 1 spoon of oil to actifry and preheat 1 minute while you put the wings in the bag and shake up to lightly coat with the flour and seasoning.
Add the wings to the pan and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.


Julienne 1/2 the yam

when the Wings are almost done, transfer them to your oven on low heat on a pan with paper towel to further drain.

Wipe off excess oil from actifry pan and add the Yam fries, drizzle with 1 tablespon oil and add spices to your liking.

Actifry for 16 to 20 minutes until desired crispness

The wings do not make a mess of the pan and clean-up is a breeze.
