2 lbs Chicken wings
1 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp Red Cayenne poweder (or to taste)
1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper (or to taste)
3 mixing bowls

Cooking Instructions

Cut wings at the joints (discard tips, or leave attached)
Bowl 1:Combine the cornmeal, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper
Bowl 2:mix together milk and egg
Bowl 3:flour
Coat wings in flour, then dip in milk/egg, then roll in cornflour mixture and place in actifry
Cook approx 22-25 mins.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or as is.

You will notice that a fair amount of the cornmeal coating will fall off the wings as they become cooked and remain at the bottom of the actifry. This is normal and will have absorbed and removed much of the chicken grease from your meal but the wings will still taste great and will have retained enough of the coating for the desired effect and flavour but with musc less grease.
