1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1/2 tablespoon salt
Place the flour, garlic powder, ground ginger and salt in a large plastic bag and mix well.
Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
Remove wings from bag, shake excess flour off and place in the actifry.
Drizzle the oil over the wings and cook until cooked through, about 30 to 35 minutes, depending on how thick the wings are.

These are perfectly crispy on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. I didn't think the flour would stick to the wings but it did and not to much of a mess to clean up. Left by: Cookie (12 Oct 2012)
