Listed in: Main Courses

1 3/4 lb potatoes
1 onion
1 red pepper
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 spoon fresh chopped basil
1 tsp oil of your choice
1 cup reduced fat yogurt
1 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
3 ActiFry spoons tomato ketchup
Pinch of paprika powder

Cooking Instructions

Cut the potatoes (with peels) in chunks. You will get 8 parts very simply by cutting the potato in half every time. Cut small potatoes in four. Wash and then dry them thoroughly, preferably with a kitchen towel.

Fry the potato chunks golden brown in approx. 40 minutes with a tbsp of oil of your choice. Cut the onion and pepper in small cubes and add them after 10 minutes. Clean the garlic and cut it in very thin slices and the onion in thin rings. Add these after 10 minutes.

Chop the basil finely and add it 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time. The sauce is mega simple. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, ketchup and paprika powder to make a healthy cocktail sauce.
