400g mini chicken fillets

1 beaten egg

dried cous cous

coarse sea salt

freshly ground black pepper

fresly groung chilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

Place dried cous cous on a plate and add sea salt, pepper & chilli flakes.

Dip chicken fillets in beaten egg then coat evenly with cous cous & spices, set aside in fridge for a couple of hours

Place coated chicken in actifry and drizzle 1 tablespoon of oil

Cook for approx 18 -20 mins. Result golden crispy chicken.

We serve this with chilli fried rice delicious

absolutely delish - served mine with large salad and thin fries made in actifry. just like *** ones but nicer Left by: Doreen West (27 Feb 2012)
