Latest Recipes•1 chopped red onion.
•1 diced red pepper
•1 chopped courgette (in large chunks)
•1 diced yellow pepper
•Small handful of mange tout or green beans
•A quarter of butternut squash, chopped small
•1 carrot, chopped small
•2 whole garlic cloves
•2 tablespoons of olive oil
•1 teaspoon of tomato puree
•Add the onion, peppers, butternut squash, carrot and oil to the Actifry and cook for 5 minutes.
•Add the tomato puree, whole garlic cloves, green beans or mange tout and courgette and cook for a further 10 minutes.
•If the mixture is sticking together add a drop of boiling water.
•Cook for a further 10 minutes until the vegetables are tender (but still with a bit of bite to them!)
•Allow to stand for 5 minutes before seasoning with lots of black pepper and some salt.
