2 potatoes
1/2 spoon oil

Cooking Instructions

chop potatoes into quarters
put into pan
drizzle oil over potatoes
cook for 40-45 minutes or until cookd

frozen roast potatoes can be used but add 5-10 minutes

I made these, but I had also made some chicken in the oven using a mixed herb packaged seasoning. I saved a small reserve and sprinkled it on the potatoes before I started the machine, and it was yummy! They seemed done after 30 minutes, though. I cut them into 1.5" cubes.
