1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Sriracha hot chilli sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared minced ginger
2 teaspoons olive oil
Cayenne, to taste
2 pounds split wings, tips removed

Cooking Instructions

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a large re-sealable freezer bag.
Add the chicken wings and swish the bag to coat the wings evenly.
Allow to marinate refrigerated for 1 hour.
Pour the contents of the bag into the actifry and cook for 25 minutes or more, depending on how thick the wings are.

And yes, my apologies, there will be a sticky mess to remove from the paddle, but nothing that a bit of elbow grease will not remove.
