Latest Recipes3 cubed Chicken Breasts
1 red chilli, deseeded and chopped finely
3 lemons, juice and zest
3 cloves of garlic. finely chopped
1 onion thinly sliced small waxy salad potatoes, halved lengthways (as many as your appetite desires)
12 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil (or any kind you like)
Mix together the chicken, chilli, garlic, onion, lemon juice and zest, 1 tablespoon of the oil, then leave to stand. (You can put these to marinate together as far in advance as you like to allow the flavours to develop, but if you don't have time it'll still be very tasty if used straight away).
Put the potatoes in the actifry, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the oil, cook for 15 minutes.
Add the chicken mixture and cook for a further 15 minutes.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Far too much lemon spoilt what could have been a nice meal Left by: Gillian (2 Mar 2012)
potatos need to be pre-cooked and only use 1 lemon plus thinly slice the chicken so it dosen't dry out. Left by: vicki (18 Sep 2011)
absoloutly rank, way too much lemon has completly ruined what we thought would be a superb recipie. i would reccomend you use just 1 lemon as a maximum and no zest at all Left by: flynns (18 Sep 2011)
This was really nice. I used a red and green chilli, only 2 lemons and put the cherry tomatoes in with 5 mins to go on the chicken. Reducing the time by 5 mins kept the chicken nice and moist. Will make again. Left by: Louise (31 Aug 2011)
I did this recipe last night. Very nice but I thought it was a bit dry. Needed a sauce in my opinion. Left by: Kath Daniels (1 Jul 2011)
Try using sweet potatoes instead of new potatoes and swap the lemon for limes, it is just as nice if not nicer. Left by: jenny (28 May 2011)
mmm tried this n enjoed it used 2 chillis instead of 1.1 red 1 green to add a bit of a differenct twist to it. Left by: michelle (7 Mar 2011)
We've just had this, and it was very morish, we could have eeaten it again. We did what Cara recommended andused just 2 lemons and 18 cherry tomatos, and it was very nice. Next time I would recommend using a larger onion and cookingalso cutting the chicken into bigger bits as it did dry it out somewhat. Also I would suggest some sort of sauce as its a reasonably dry meal. For those of you that don't like chilli, I would still say try this meal as there wasn't really any taste of chilli in the meal, just a very mild hint of it in your mouth a few minutes after finishing, to which a nice natural yoghurt and fruit desert would banish. 4 stars from me, thanks. This was super easy to put together. I added few more tomatos then called for. I found it to have to much lemon but still very good. Will try next time with only 2 lemons but my husband loved it!!!! 2 thumbs up:) Left by: CARA WINTER (27 Dec 2010)
