Latest Recipes1 large or 2 small butternut squash
1.5 tbsp of flour
Any spices you like, garlic powder, Rosemary, herb de Provence etc.
1 spoon of olive oil
Cut the long part of the squash from the base (where the seeds are located) save base for other use
Peel the long part of the squash and cut into French fry size
Place in bowl and mix with flower and any spice or herb of your choice (the flour helps absorb the moisture of the squash)
Place in actifry
Add the spoon of oil
Cook for about 20 - 25 minutes or until crispy on outside and tender on inside
