roasted garlic salt, to taste
freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce:
1/2 Tbsp dry sherry or sherry vinegar or apple cider vinegar
3/4 tsp grainy mustard
3/4 tsp fresh parsley or 1/4 tsp dried parsley
1/2 - 1 Tbsp. oil
Cut off bottom of each sprout, remove outer leaves. Cut each sprout in half vertically. Place sprouts in ActiFry pan. Pour olive oil evenly over sprouts. Cook for 13 minutes.
Meanwhile, whisk sauce ingredients together, and allow flavors to blend.
When 13 minutes is up, open ActiFry and spread out sprouts. Pour sauce over sprouts evenly. Cook for 2 minutes.
Serves 3
