Ingredients

6 eggs
Mayo
1/2 a large onion, or one small onion
bacon to taste

Cooking Instructions

Cut bacon strips in half, then add to Actifry. As I have the paddle model, I open the lid after 10 minutes, and remove the bacon that was crispy, then cook the remaining for another five minutes. Set bacon aside in a bowl with paper towels.
Drain bacon grease from Actifry responsibly.
Crack six eggs into the Actifry. Cook for 8 minutes. Remove to a bowl. You may need to dice it up (it will have the consistency of scrambled eggs).
Peel and dice the onion, and put in the Actifry. Add oil to suit. Cook for 13 minutes. Add to eggs in bowl. This will also help clean some of the leftover egg in the Actifry.
Cut cooked bacon into small bits and add to egg mixture - volume of bacon and amount of mayo is at your discretion.
Salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste.
NOTE: Most people will add green onions, but using cooked onions adds a charming smokey flavour.
