1 ActiFry spoon vegetable oil,
1 ActiFry spoon Tex-Mex spice mix,
1 ActiFry spoon Tabasco sauce
Peel the potatoes and cut Fries of equal thickness, each about 1/2 inch square thickness. Rinse thoroughly in water; drain well.
Use a clean kicthen towel to thoroughly dry the potatoes.
Mix the vegetable oil and Tex-Mex spice mix in a small bowl. Put the Fries in the ActiFry. Drizzle the oil and spice mixture evenly over the Fries. Cook for 30 minutes.
Open the ActiFry. Season with salt. Pour the Tabasco sauce over the Fries. Continue cooking for 10 minutes.
