4 spoon crème fraiche
2 spoon tomato ketchup, plus a little extra to garnish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Few drops of Tabasco sauce (optional)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Place the mayonnaise and crème fraiche in a bowl and mix well.
Add the tomato ketchup, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco, if using. Stir to mix well.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon the mixture into a small serving bowl, garnish with a small swirl of tomato ketchup, if desired, and serve with cooked potato wedges or chips.
