500 g Brussel Sprouts
500g Cocktail Tomatos

Tumeric, Salt, Black Pepper

Liquid Honey and Vinegar

Oil for the Actifry

Cooking Instructions

Actifry Roast Brussel Sprouts - with tomato, tumeric, black pepper, salt, honey & vinegar

Peel 500g Brussel Sprouts - cut in half if they are large
Pour cooking oil into Acrifry and add half a tea spoon of Tumeric, salt and black pepper
Cook in the Actifry for 12 - 15 minutes

Add just less then an equal amount of cocktail tomatos
Cook in the Actifry for 5 - 7 minutes

Pour a liberal amout of liquid honey over the sprouts and tomatoes, add a good splash of vinegar

Cook on Actifry for around 3 minutes

Finished - Enjoy
