2 eggs
3 onions, halved and sliced
4oz plain flour
1 tsp dried coriander
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp mild curry powder
1 tbsp sunflower oil

Cooking Instructions

Beat the 2 eggs
Half and finely slice the onions
Add the onion rings to the eggs and mix well
Add the flour, coriander, cumin and curry and stir well
Remove the Actifry paddle and heat the sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes
Add 5 forkfuls of the bhaji mixture and fry for 4-6 minutes until golden-brown.
Turn the bhajis over and fry for a further 4-6 seconds, until crisp and golden-brown all over
Repeat with remaining mixture. Makes approx 10 bhajis that can be reheated later if required.

Thanks for the recipe, but I found you definitely need longer than 4-6 seconds cooking time after you flip the bhajis over. 3 minutes seems about right. Left by: Cartimand (24 Mar 2016)
