crispy chicken wings: Date Added: 29 Feb 2016 Ingredients:

Chicken wings bone in skin on (6-8) for 2 people
Enough low fat greek yoghurt to marinade chicken
Marinade spices of your choice. I used cayenne pepper, white pepper, garlic granules, paprika, salt, turmeric
25g Flour
25g Maize flour (corn flour will also work)

Cooking Instructions:

Add spices to yogurt and marinade wings for a minimum of 30 minutes but up to 1 day.
Add some extra spices to a mix of flour and maize flour in a bowl.
Dip marinated chicken in flour and shake off excess.
Place in actifry (with paddle) and lightly spray with oil.
Cook for 30 minutes for two people
